When you expect guests to drop in throughout
the afternoon, set up a buffet and spin the basic
recipes to casual. Use the green beans,
above,
to
give pasta salad fresh flavor. Layer the potato salad,
left,
in a tall jar to show off baby tomatoes, fennel,
red onions, and carrots. Make your tenderloin go
further by slicing it thin and serving it on flatbread
pizzas,
opposite.
Then, get creative with additional
toppings such as dried tomatoes, mushrooms,
and sweet peppers.
